Essential Oils – Clearing Cloudy Cognition
Essential oils have been used for decades for their range of amazing effects – including improving our mental state.
While there is a range of oils that can be used for everything from keeping focused to falling asleep, we’ve put together a recipe for one great blend that can help clear the mental fog on a cognitively cloudy day.
Diffuser Blend Recipe
- 2 drops peppermint essential oil
- 2 drop eucalyptus essential oil
- 1 drop lemon
Drop each into the water of a cold air diffuser and enjoy.
You can also experiment with these other essential oils, commonly used to clear brain fog:
- Ylang Ylang
- Sweet Orange
