Power Protein Smoothie – Essential Fuel for the Holiday Season

This smoothie combines health and energy boosting essentials like healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals, into one convenient on-the-go option — ready in under 5 minutes!
- 8 oz coconut milk (or other dairy free milk)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder or 2 teaspoon cacao powder
- 1 Tablespoon chia seed oil
- ½ – 1 full frozen banana
- 2 Tablespoons nut butter
- Optional: ice
Add ingredients to a high powered blender. Blend until well combined. Top with cacao nibs and enjoy!
